THE BCG APPROACH
Hi, I’m Beccah Graves. I’m a cyclist, weight lifter and former triathlete who first came to yoga after an injury, looking for healing. What I found was so much more—stillness, balance, and a way of moving that supported body, mind and spirit. Today, as a Viniyoga teacher, I love helping others discover that yoga isn't about perfect poses—it's about finding a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
After spending over 20 years in the Fortune 500 world, I stepped away from the corporate world in 2022 to embrace a slower pace, more travel, and a deeper dive into therapeutic yoga. Today, through Breathe Calm Ground, I guide a diverse range of people in learning how to pause, breathe, and move with intention while becoming more in tune with their body.
My classes are grounding, breath-focused, and supportive of the nervous system. My hope is to create a welcoming space where students can move, breathe, and discover that yoga is not about becoming someone different—it's about coming home to themselves.

Whether you’re looking to deepen an existing practice, explore specific postures, develop a home routine, or simply unwind with a restorative session, this one-hour experience supports you in moving forward with intention and ease. Hands-on and verbal adjustments are offered throughout.

A one-on-one conversation to explore an aspect of your yoga practice—or your life—through the lens of yoga. These sessions provide space for insight, reflection, and practical guidance. Offered in person or online via FaceTime or Zoom.

Each practice is thoughtfully designed around the group’s unique needs and energy, offering a balance of strength, restoration, and connection.

Yoga this class is an adaptable, therapeutic approach to yoga that emphasizes moving with the breath rather than striving for perfect poses. Using simple, intentional movement, repetition, and mindful breathing, this practice helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being while promoting nervous system regulation. All abilities are welcome.
